EN hiring has been throwing spaghetti at the wall pretty much this whole time and some of it has stuck, but some of it hasn't.Fauna either lied on her app or EN recruitment is wildly incompetent, from everything she's said about her applying / her early days, but there should have been red flags for them between hiring and her going live. (To be clear I think she's fine as a streamer, but wasn't right for holo)

A lot of streams can't be monetized due to perms and the EN group gets barely any sponsorships/merch compared to JP. If you look at streams there's many instances where a stream has superchats disabled because of how perms shook out, additionally holoEN is always behind when it comes to playing the hot new FOTM game due to perm delays. I figure for a talent who might have more interest in a stable income with a work/life balance; with no real interest in moving to Japan to be an hard core idol, this wasn't working out.I know she said she enjoys singing and dancing, etc but it doesn't mean that's their dream/goal. How greedy do you think she is?Yeah... as stated, I said I think she wants a decent income where she gets to keep the compensation she works for. Making music isn't immediately profitable, those are huge time and money investments talents make to put out songs/albums that might pay off in years. Some talents, like Moona even do it on credit taking loans from Cover to produce music because they love being musicians. I don't know Fauna's age but if she's in her 30s and looking to have a comfortable life with financial stability then maybe having to share a chunk of her superchats while getting almost no sponsorship/merch opportunities doesn't seem like the best play for her anymore. It's no longer 2021 as when she debuted and the vtuber ecosystem has changed. You don't need a corp to get a nicely rigged model and home 3D is available and affordable. If you just want to "be a streamer" you don't really need a corporation. The benefits of cover are great for those who really care about singing, dancing, concerts, or simply wanting a way to move to Japan.
