They most likely just appointed retards to manage the EU branch and since Brave is a Japanese company, like all Japanese companies they just don't give a fuck about the EU market.
Which from a business standpoint is VERY understandable, the EU is an extremely difficult market for media related stuff, basically every country has a different language between one another and it's relatively common to not really speak english at all. Timeslots are also the polar opposite to JP (EU prime time is JP middle of the night).
NA is infinitely easier to crack, everyone speaks native english (except those few french canadians mf) and timeslots are way easier to align with Japan.
That said, globie has an AMAZING lineup that could work wonders in EU, unfortunately it looks like management is completely retarded and ruined what was the one chance of a company breaking the EU market (and most likely only, because once globie goes down no one will ever try EU again)
