As far as Nimi goes, I usually use hololive tv and youtube recommendations to tell me who is streaming. Hope I'll be able to drop in/catch them etc.
What most corpo vtubers do is have two accounts, the main account and then family share into the corpo account. So worst case scenario she looses the corpo account, and that means loss of files. I'm not sure if steam lets you transfer save files to other accounts or not
