In my initial post, you may recall that I stated I wanted to create a mixed-gender agency. And you might have noticed from our website that our first generation is for female characters only. This was a decision that was made upon multiple discussions with various external advisors. Ultimately, we decided that we would debut two generations within our first year, the first being male and the second being female.The decision between having mixed-gender generations and single-gender generations was quite a difficult determination to make. In the end, I was convinced that the best path would be to start with female characters while fully laying out the expectations to be a mixed-gender agency, and debuting our male talents later.In addition to this, since we want Aegis-Link to be perceived as an agency where its talents' group dynamics are a big reason to support us, we decided that our main qualities for our talents is their ability to be comfortable in mixed-gender work environments as well as being open-minded for collaborative projects.In furtherance of our vision to be a collaborative and open-minded agency, we want to maximize the freedom of our talent's content creation visions, but we have decided to be pretty firm against content that would promote hazardous para-socialism. We want every talent to be accessible by everyone, and we do not want to create an environment that could inhibit inclusivity.
