Let's say Suisei gets hyper popular world wide main stream.

Why would she stay as a v-tuber and not pursuit a solo career as her real life persona?

Because currently as suisei, she doesn't really own herself. It is all Cover's property.

I think Cover should boycott a little bit the biggest talents, and try to give a buff to the talents that no one cares, like Tokino Sora, Takane Lui, Polka, Iroha..

It will be good to keep the talents in check and make sure they understand they are all replaceable.

I think you should learn English instead

ESL and retardation aside, I do wish Cover would be a little more mindful of the smaller girls. It shines through the most the all of the Sololive talk because it's the easiest thing to point to. What does it hurt to give some of the lower viewed/supported talents smaller venues to try and sell out in? There's tons of documented 'farming' for idol group that happens, small to big league, including moving your way up in the same group as you get more popular. Locking anyone small out of oppertunities like that if they want them means burning that talent to a degree and sooner or later the talent will flinch and give up.

Please feel free to go solo Suisei. You'll never again be able to sing Ghost, Stella Stella, Bibidibi again or any thing else people loved about you again. They have their most popular talents in a chokehold over rights.

Agreed. Please kick Shitsei out of Hololive. Yagoo, I am BEGGING YOU.

Interesting way to seethe at Suisei, but I don’t agree.

The FuwaMoco strat, huh...

a lot of these girls are extreme introverts, or are very comfortable with splitting their fame away from their everyday life. being an ACTUAL celebrity means all the shit that goes with it. you never really get to be 'normal' again.

No way, Calli said she is a princess.

reddit spacing? Isn't it normal to turn the text into paragraphs when it gets a bit long for better readability?

lots of quality posts on the catalog today. this is good business advice. if you have a successful product, you should neglect it or even sabotage it. that's how businesses really grow.

Real-life singers and artists generally, especially Japanese ones and no matter how famous, love to hide their identity. Who do you think all those original artists vtubers are covering are? Or the famous artists they get to design the characters. All hiding behind fake online personas. There's a reason vtubing will always be a Japanese-only phenomenon. In Western culture vtubers just go have sex in the alleys of cons with their fans and no concept that they don't want to be known even occurs to anyone. Plus Mori has proven you can literally play both personas at the same time and be more successful than either individual ever could be.

>Why would she stay as a v-tuber and not pursuit a solo career as her real life persona?
Answering that question will get you banned. Suisei can't have a music carreer in Japan as her real life persona, neither can Mori. It'll never work.
Record companies would drop them when all the Japanese fan leave and they wouldn't be able to book venues or get anything done without the backing of a major corporation.
>>
>>93666440
This board doesn't realize your music carreer as a female in Japan is over once you reach 20 unless you're absolutely huge. And even them you won't last past 30. You're competing against 16 year old idols.

because Mori has such good taste in people

Technically yes. However, one or at most two sentences is in no way, shape, or form "a bit long" or in need of improved readability. OP is simply a shit-stirring faggot and you are, at best, a bit dumb.

anon, it's a grammatical mess that couldn't even be confused for teenage shorthand or laziness. It reeks of knowing words but not how they fit together to form a coherent sentence.
And this is before actually interpreting the post itself, which is just dumb bait

That's an extremely naïve view of how business works.

Cover doesn't get to decide what talent is popular, the people do.

You could set a policy that would force a "cooling" period after a talent got a certain number of follows/views to try and push the other talent and people would still not watch them.

Corpo Vtubers are like fighters when it comes to age. It's expected for them to retire in less than 5 years.

While Cover has started changing that trend with some of the talent, it's not normal to expect all of your talents to renovate their contracts for the 5th time.

Some will get fed up with corpo requirements, others might get bored of streaming. Hell, some may just decide to pursue other lines of business once they got the money.

You can't control this.

All Cover can do is treat the talent the best they can to gain favor with the public, and hope that when the time comes, it's on good terms.

The talent being successful as an indie after being with Cover, only adds to the prestige of the company, and will motivate future talent out there to apply with the company.

If done right, it's a well oiled machine that will keep on creating new stars. You just have to be careful the machine doesn't start chewing them out like ANYCOLOR

The singer which fans mobed one of the most famous japanese male seiyuu because he cheated on her.
>>
>>93665479
because the identity is tied to her popularity
if she did a solo irl career, she'd have to build up her branding. She can't say "Suisei but IRL" since that would violate NDA
>>
Let me answer your question with another question.
Why would she WANT to have a solo career as her IRL self when almost all of her fame came from being Suisei?
