One interesting comparison you can make now with this latest tick is between Marine and Nijisanji's Honma Himawari
In mid 2020 Himawari was a top 10 vtuber by subs with 430k, behind only Kizuna Ai, Kaguya Luna, Mirai Akari, Siro, HimeHina, Fubuki, Nekomiya Hinata, and Tsukino Mito. Marine was top 25 with just over 300k.

Since then Himawari has stayed active, steadily gaining 300k more subs in the timespan since then and now has almost 750k subs. While in the same time, Marine caught up to her, grew as much as Himawari did, and then grew an additional 3 million more subs on top of that.

HonHima is an extremely successful vtuber by any reasonable standard but Marine is out here doing laps around her, now having more than 5x her subcount. I think it's a good illustration of just how ridiculous Marine's trajectory has been even when compared against another top 1% success marker.
