Well I finished the Haru VOD. Not bad, but since he'll be making something fresh tomorrow I probably won't rewatch. I try to keep up with the latest VODs, and I have a pretty vast list of talents to keep up with.
By the way if you're looking for rewatch value consider shorter streams. Sometimes I see that 3 hour VOD, and opt out for a talent with something less cumbersome. Short, and sweet is mostly what I like, but I'll take a 7 hour sloppa full of brb if that's the best you can do then who am I to turn you away? Especially when so many ban me I really don't have many other options out here.

Are you doing anything else but streaming? I enjoy many YouTubers who occasionally do streams but never watch their streams live (Razorfist and Ross from game dungeon come to mind). I'm cooking some stuff up in the background and will hopefully be able to generate something worth watching before too much longer. Streaming is more or less an outlet for me to maintain an online presence and point to shit I've been doing for a while.

If you're going to focus on video production you'll have to really concentrate on production value; Good thumbnail cards, background music, a decent script, graphics, and video content in your production. Whether you're doing reviews, a comical skit, or whatever you're going to have to give a shit about it because you're competing with everyone else on the planet on platforms like youtube and twitch.

If it's not video production specifically then you need to leverage whatever special talent you have; drawing, singing, coding, or whatever that you can fold into a video for easier consumption by the masses. I don't think anyone wants to commodify their art and reduce it to a product, but if you want it to be consumed you have to make it worth consuming at the very least.

I've found that, for the most part, male viewers (or at least viewers who come off as male in their manner of typing) are more chatty than female viewers. This can work, and is more fun than streaming. If you're going to focus on video production you'll have to really concentrate on production value; Good thumbnail cards, background music, a decent script, graphics, and video content in your production. Whether you're doing reviews, a comical skit, or whatever you're going to have to give a shit about it because you're competing with everyone else on the planet on platforms like youtube and twitch.

If it's not video production specifically then you need to leverage whatever special talent you have; drawing, singing, coding, or whatever that you can fold into a video for easier consumption by the masses. I don't think anyone wants to commodify their art and reduce it to a product, but if you want it to be consumed you have to make it worth consuming at the very least.

Streaming is bait for 99.99% of males, you have APPEAL but you aren't going to instantly pick up a loyal audience by streaming at the same times everyone else is

This is advice, but really I think the thread needs distribution more than production advice. Haru shovels out more than can be reasonably watched a few times before expiring. Vtubers have nailed production. The kink in the chain seems to be lacking a distribution system. Nobody links VODs, or encourages VOD linking.
