Even Holo in the early days would collab with other JPs which besides their clips getting viral in Japan, it helped expanding their brand. They can’t fix the overlap stuff realistically, everyone loves streaming (Hestia has a job tho), and they have tried telling Peke and Nagi to stop going so long and late at night but it’s futile.
