The first is that it's not actually mentioned in her termination statement. I'm sure I'd ruffle a few feathers if I claimed that statement was a hit piece, but it was a piece of writing designed to ensure that the general public would be on Cover's sign for getting rid of her. Had she done something like leaking private details of the Holos, they would have explicity stated this.
