If you have to choose a game choose something that requires very little trouble shooting, and isn't demanding on your time, or attention. Ideally you would hire a gameplay professional so you don't got to focus on controls at all and you could instead engage with chat, focus on your models toggles and play with your assets while also moderating chat, and making channel point predictions. If a game has cut scenes skip it. Currently Minecraft is sort of king at being the yap game of all time as there's no cut scenes, you can be rewarded for not touching the controller, and it's not very taxing on your computer.
