I'm not talking drama assholes, just dudes that talk a lot of shit and brag about how much better they are than other talent and challenge them to games or debates about random shit half the time, maybe even sing offs.Would the competitive spirit they bring be able to restore the motivation that is fading from many talents looking to prove these assholes wrong or are vtubers and by extension their fanbases too soft to handle something like that?

An idea like that is just doomed to failure, because having a disruptive force in a company is bound to cause friction not only with the fans but talents too. They'll never know how much of it is the "character" and how much of it is the streamer being a real dickhead.It would also be incredibly difficult to keep on playing a heel while also trying to do solo streams.
