How do I make this font myself? I want to write text and then convert it into a png.

other than just photoshopping it, most anime from these days used image-based subtitles usually a pgs or vobsub format so maybe the most accurate way to recreate the effect is to just write some subtitles and then overlay filter them at low res onto an anime and take a screenshot

Closest font I could find was Futura Bold.
Open with PS or Photopea.com and you can change the text, size, color etc
