I have this for 2 month now but appointment at the doctor is in October and I would like to know what this is and maybe what I could do in before.

Dermatitis(eczema), probably.
They will probably give you some topical steroid crap to rub on it for awhile but dont use it since it thins your skin where you apply it after awhile and will just come right back when you stop.
>>
>>1457719
is there something I can do against?
>>
go to the god damned urgent care you fucking idiot.
>>
>>1457724
what do you mean by urgent care? emergency department in a hospital?
>>
>>1457718
>appointment at the doctor is in October
>October
Why did you schedule it for October?
>>
>>1457729
urgent care is a walk-in clinic where you don't need an appointment, it's different from emergency rooms.

Does the affected area do any of these?
>itch
>tingle
>sting/burn
>ooze pus or clear liquid
>flake
>>
>>1457722
If it is eczema, there are UV light treatments, but the thing is pretty expensive. I would say, first things first, find out what it actually is. Go to an urgent care, or better yet a dermatologist.
>>
>>1457718

I probably shouldve asked this first, do you ever wear disposable latex gloves? Or, do you wear any gloves for work?

>>1457929

He will need a referral to see a specialist(dermatologist).
Get an allergy test if you can.
>>
>>1457801
probably canadian.
>>
>>1457801
because it's the earliest appointment I got
getting doctor appointments here is shit
>>
>>1457806
>urgent care is a walk-in clinic where you don't need an appointment

never heard of that I doubt something like this exists here
>>

it itches sometimes but nothing else from this
>>
>>1457929
it probably won't cost much we have universal healthcare here
>>1457960
I never wear latex gloves, for work I sometimes wear leather gloves
>>1457974
I'm from Germany

You can get a fungal infection from wearing the same gloves frequently depending on how sweaty your hands get. Typically on the wrist or back of your hand like you have.
Fungal infections can take months or even years to clear up.
>>
>>1458004
I only wear those gloves for like 10 minutes to pull out a cable or sleeve from a shaft and put them off after I've opened the sleeve
(you can't work with fiber cables while wearing gloves)

like other people have said, it's likely eczema. i have the same thing on my hands and it's mostly from dry skin. try just putting vaseline or some sort of moisturizer on it for a couple of days. it's probably nothing to worry about if it goes away after that
>>
>>1458014
german telecom worker please
>>
>>1458031
how have you been enjoying the power grid?
>>
>>1458045
I only work with fiber optic cables
>>
>>1457718
Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't spread. I have non-symptomatic eczema on my feet that first flared up due to extreme stress and depression as a teenager (over 15 years ago) and it's probably genetic as my mom had the same thing and hers manifested long after mine but for similar reasons. We did see a dermatologist to make sure it's not fungal. Have you been under a lot of stress lately? If not it might be the result of environmental factors as other anons said, not necessarily gloves.

Also, habing a doctor's appointment months from now is just insane. Can't you go to a private clinic? We have socialized healthcare in my shithole as well, but it's a mixed system so that general practitioners (or family doctors) with reasonable waiting times can send you to a private clinic if it's relatively urgent and the insurance covers part or all of it. Don't you have any options like that?

>I'm from Germany

Then don't you have a Hausarzt?
The whole point about having your local Hausazt is that you can walk in whenever you need without an appintment and he will then refer you to a specialist, normally quicker than 6 months.

Take medicinal baths and try not to get stabbed by a normie.
>>
>>1457718
Could be psoriasis. Eczema is possible as well. Either way grab some OTC hydrocortisone and see if that helps.
>>
>>1458601
Not OP, nor a nurse, but I was thinking ringworm as well. But ringworms usually form an actual ring in my experience, which is why I'm leaning more towards eczema like the other anons said.
>>

oh i know what this is!
So, this is a epidermal eruption caused by continuous use of liquid soap. im not super into the reeds of the science, but there's a chemical compound in liquid soap, wether its liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap, the compound is present in both of them. continuous overexposure to the compound will lead to the skin on the hands to flake and become inflamed.
The solution to this is very simple: stop using liquid soap for your hands for a time, use bars of soaps instead, prefferably ones with natural tallow in its use. I personally use Caprina Soap Bars, but you use whatever's affordable/available for you. another thing you can use to help the healing process is just aloes cream or stuff like antibiotic ointments can accelerate the healing process.
when you've recovered, you can start using the liquid soaps again, but don't over use it too much or this abrasion will return.

the name of the game is moderation. liquid soap is best used for when your hands are dirty to a point using a bar of soap would ruin said bar. after that, then use the bar of soap to clear your hands from the compound for good measure.
source: first hand experience.

If it is eczema like in my family youèll just need hydrocortizone cream you can buy cheap at any store. The tube will last you years even if you get it in random spots all over. Use as little as possible of the cream and DONT exfoliate the spot because I did that when I had a massive breakout of it all across my face when I worked outside in the parking lot selling cashmere sweaters on craigslist during the coldest winter on record. Doing that just hurts like hell and doesnèt do a thing. Just moisturize with decent stuff often or maybe castor oil, and use the cream.
>>
>>1458613
YOooo I didnèt even think of this, Iève gotten this only on my face and not my hands like my brother does, I have used exclusively bar soap for years yet he uses liquid.
>>
>>1458613
and I must promote the use of locally made soap bars. Tallow ones are made frequently in my area.
