The Gor book series is legitimately entertaining in a cheesy as fuck way, especially if you ignore the fetish parts of it and definitely avoid the community. Disclosure: I haven't read all the novels, but the ones I did read are good.
When I say "ignore the fetish" I don't mean don't enjoy the sexy parts, I mean don't lose yourself in the rabbit hole of perversion that comes from the author's deeper views and the community.

But I'm worried you're not sincerely asking this. I think you just like Nobuko from Ojamajo Doremi and you use any excuse to post her face everywhere.

The Witcher is a no-brainer when it comes to fantasy. it's quite dark and brutal though, brought me to my fucking knees more than once

Fritz Lieber's Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser stories. Some are great action stories, some are thrillers, some are horror, and some are comedies.
