If you go frame by frame you can see it's not even animated at 24 fps normally, lots of frames are skipped or alternate (one character moves on even frames, other on odd). What you linked is a reencode with motion interpolation filter at best, maybe even without it. In other words, a scam.

So, they're putting up episodes that have SIX times as many frames per second. Yet, the episode is only 190mb for a 720p encode. Wow. That's wizardry. Why can't every release group do this??
