the closest I can find is a flower named Clematis Montana (Anemone clematis) its a climbing flower but the leaves aren't nearly as narrow as the one in your pic.
Armandii Snowdrift Clematis vaguely matches but still not completely

I'm not an expert but it is possible that the writers based it on a real flower but took creative liberties with the art giving it different characteristics from different flowers, love texhnolyze I was actually just thinking about it and came here because it had me thinking about another anime that I vaguely remember and cant recall the name of
