Raid 1 but since it goes without saying from your post, I'm going with:

Chocolate (2008)

It's not the greatest thing ever, but it's really high effort for a really low budget, and has my favorite female movie martial artist, Jeeja Yanin (who I must admit I'm really sad she never became a big star).

I can second Chocolate. Get the Thai version though, not the dubbed shit.

Various bones were broken while making the movie. They actually do all the stunts instead of cutting away or using CGI.
