I think it was published in the last 10 years.i saw it on a fanslation site.it was black and white.the core idea of the manga was there were these magic cards that you could trap people inside by finding out their greatest fear or something.its not yugioh.
That almost sounds like it could be the plot of a Junji Ito manga, but it probably isn't.
