your phone provider probably has a NSFW filter set on by default which is messing with 4chan
go to a site like pornhub to check, if it is being blocked then just change yourr account settings/give them a call

your phone ISP is blocking some of the 4chan domains

Nope, porn and everywhere else I go works fine. Other boards look normal except none of the images hosted on is2.4chan load, and reply still doesn't work

Im getting 404 not found on every image i click on here and near endless cloudflare verification with every post now.

My county public library (liberal board of trusteees) has blocks for 4chan. There is no posting but to avoid being blamed for censorship, it is possible to look at most things on 4chan. But posting is blocked.

If your phone provider or ISP has its own "approved list of safe sites" to use, then you can change the DNS provider to no longer use the phone company's DNS.

Look up any online website that answers your question "how do I change my mobile phone's DNS?" Typically, to do this, you go to your phone's SETTINGS. Locate the "Network Settings" and the sections for WiFi or cellular data. Look for the DNS Options in those categories. Popular public DNS providers include:
Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
OpenDNS: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

Try to open an image in a new tab and screenshot the message, if it says something like "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" then your ISP is definitely the one blocking it. (pic related)
HOWEVER, 4chan or cloudflare may be blocking your IP range if there has been a spammer or website scraper recently, but the error message would be different, I don't know exactly how and can't test it out myself.
