What is the most effective method for resolving lumbar lordosis? Are there any good books or pamphlets or something on the topic that I could check out or even a good video by someone that’s educated on the topic? I know that I have it due to my rather sedentary lifestyle and weaker core, but I don’t want to take the gamble of trying to resolve those topical issues just yet without knowing if they will fix my posture for sure. I want 10/10 perfect posture and I want to research how I can achieve this before I begin the process, not figure it out along the way.If someone could point me in the right direction that would be majorly epic

Exercise. Lift weights.
>>1489623You could try sleeping on a futon or hard mattress on your back. Posture is overrated, a good mattress is much more important.
