I have it, and I don't have the box or manual. I used it before, but now I don't remember how exactly I synched it to my Switch.

Anyone has the manual, or can tell me if there's a combination of buttons to keep pressed while the receiver searches for a connection?

I was able to find a video of someone connecting it to their switch. Hope this helps!

Oh! The video shows that it should be a simple matter of pushing the blue button and wait for it to synch.
I tried that and haven't worked, so I guess mine is just broken. Well, at least now I know that. Thanks!
