Does anyone know who made this? I know there's a signature on the bottom, but it's not that legible.

As a bonus request, I know there's one other image with the same or very similar signature, most likely somewhere on (old) Photobucket

Looks like DeviantArt, of all places, had that other pic, albeit with the signature removed. Still looking for one with the signature intact. Found a few more in the meantime as well

So that further begs the question: who is the artist?
