what are some efficient methods for practicing? i feel like i take too long solving pretty much every exercise. for context, i have a calc 1 exam in a week, so i'm solving lopithal, rate of change, optimization and asymptote related exercises.

Getting a PhD in math was the single biggest mistake of my life.What useless skills. No one, rightfully, respects it. All everyone says is "oh I hated math in school," and all the job prospects boil down to postgrad or reskilling (programming).
