Anyone knows what happened to Douglas MacKrell?
I knew of him because he had a Youtube channel with videos I liked. Videos about movies and cartoons. The channel is still up, but his videos are all private now:

He had a website too

Now unreachable except through archives.

Also had a presence in all the relevant social media networks, and they're all terminated now.

What happened? Anyone knows?
