I fully learned web design (front-end). I am a beginner in Back-end. I am interested in making a site like 4chan or basically a forum site. Can anyone help me by telling me how this type of site can be made?

keep studying back end dev and the theory will make things clear.
Plus there are tons of forum software out there to make your own chan, reddit clone and such like.

Pick whichever software out of this list.

Install the software somewhere. Purchase a domain name and point the DNS A record to wherever you installed the software. Et voilĂ .
