Hi, im in need of help
my boss gave me a pc cus he couldnt repair it

i saw that the thing turned on and had a bsod and would restart over and over again

thought it was easy to repair so i gave it a try
turns out the damn thing is doing that because it doesnt detect a memory, check the bios and the ssd is there but windows is not detecting it

i did some research and it was supposedly an intel driver that i needed to install first called iastor.sys

use w11 usb, it doesnt detect any storage, use the load driver option, find the drivers, try to install them and boom. BSOD again.

after that i tried to install it using dos but it does the same thing. BSOD while installing so i dont know what to do anymore, can anyone help pls

note is hp 15 dy2055la

i assume you mean disk, not memory
another possibility is that the disk is corrupted or completely broken
anyway as >>1507062 suggested first try to boot different os from usb disk, then you can try to repair (start with chkdisk) or format the disk, if it doesn't work you can try to replace it
