This is an issue with mega.nz that is still not resolved apparently. Have you tried using a vpn or downloading on your phone another device? They seem to block ip's from fully connecting to files for periods of time and I don't know why. I'd do it but 2gb is too much to upload for my shitternet in a reasonable amount of time.
