I'm trying to find some info about an apparently common design issue with this laptop. Apparently one of the fan screws is in contact with some filaments on the mobo and kills it after around a year of use, or that's the simplified version the local certified asus technician told me. I'm trying to make a claim on customer service hoping i don't need to pay for the repair
