I've tried this for a couple hours but can't get it to work. If it works for you can you give me an example cmd line to run. Anything I try gives an error.

you need python to run it
then you run it as:
python xtx_extract.py whatever.dds
make sure you have paths right. in the current directory should appear whatever.xtx
