Dear /wsr/, This is a long shot, but do you think you could get me a clean rip or extraction of the sharp "bdring!" sound that plays during the start of a trainer battle in Pokemon Red & Blue (every version has a different noise, I specifically need the one from Red & Blue)? To clarify: it's the sound that plays after a trainer slides onto the battle screen, almost like a Pokemon cry, happening just before the text box prompt says "____ wants to fight!" For further reference here it is in this video, happening right as Brock stops sliding across the screen and lands in place: https://youtu.be/4rjxP73R7dc (not to be confused with the text button prompt noise).
>>1510302Wouldn't that just be in anything like a gbs rip? Like https://www.zophar.net/music/gameboy-gbs/pokemon-redYou can crop as needed, convert it to flac if audacity doesn't support gsf
>>1510313*doesn't support gbs
>>1510313>>1510314I've been looking, but what I've found so far has either been just a rip of the music, or if it does include sound effects they seemingly never include *that specific noise* (granted, I might have missed it or it may be labeled something random). I've found the bumping into wall sound, the text box button sound, the healing sound, attack sounds. I can't find the "Trainer Ping" anywhere, so that's why I'm here.
>>1510315If it's not already in audio rips you can just do it yourself. Run a Gameboy emulator and play Pokemon. Start audacity recording your system audio, play till you hit the sound. Stop audacity recording, then crop out the effect, maybe pad your crop with a second on silence before/after
>>1510302>download Pokemon ROM>download mGBA>play the game just enough to get to a trainer battle>savestate during the screen wipe>go to audio options, and disable different channels until you get your desired sound effect>record playback using audacityEnjoy.https://files.catbox.moe/xbbz1i.wav
