Some boards you can't delete the thread though, only posts.

I think on most boards it is 1 minute, but increases to 10 if you've made new posts since posting the comment you're trying to delete.

Should be about 10 minutes I think, might not work if it already has replies.

Making a post right now, gonna delete it approximately 29 minutes later unless something happens out of my control.

Deleted a hair before 30 minutes.

So yeah, established sessions on the same IP address gets a 1-30 minute window, new sessions or IP addresses get a 10-30 minute window.
(on most boards)
