Why does my computer sit on this _ screen for like 12 seconds on reboot? I have an i7 on a MSI z590-a pro

I don't seem to remember this happening when I first built the PC

Maybe memory training? In your UEFI there will probably be a setting to cache it.
It could also be a device taking a long time to start. External usb hubs can do that
Is fast boot off?
