Looking from a movie i saw on TV, its from 2014 or older. Its about two couples that go to a cabin in woods. On the way they visit a tavern where locals act strange. Later they find a deformed girl and they take her to their cabin. This enrages the locals and they start hunting them down.

I think I know which one is , perhaps you were watching the strangers (from 2008), not so long ago, it was made a remake splitted in a movie series,kek
