Anyone know if its normal to see this pop up on a computer on its own?

I normally keep my PC on for long periods of time. Today I got up and found this "mingw w64" application open. I did not see any commands. It was just the top user information. I do have "Git" installed that includes "Git CMD" and "Git Bash". I download these applications a long time a go and no longer remember there use.

Also I dont have any shortcut links to "Git Bash" on my desktop only "Git CMD".

I'm not sure how to do that.

However I think I might have just opened it up by accident. I just noticed there is a shortcut to the application "git bash" on my right click menu. I just bought a new mouse recently and the buttons are really sensitive.
