Hi, /wsr/ I'm looking for a small comic that was posted in a thread on /tg/ a while ago, with a retard in a park that wants to pet dogs but doesn't know how, so someone tries to help him but he's too fucking retarded to understand it and he ends up concluding that he's just not allowed to pet dogs.I think it was posted in a thread on how to run RPGs or similar, and I just cannot for the life of me find it.
