How fun/profitable is 3d/Blender? I work a shitty job and need a hobby, is this fun? I saw a youtuber make funny models with it and it looked fun.
>>1547177>is this fun?yes I would rather do 3d than play any video game. there's hundreds of ways of work with 3d, you can make models, animate, 3d print, create ads, games, youtube videos, visual effects like mrbeast, 3d typography for posters and social media, web elements, some people make 3d comics and render them with 2d comic-style effects, a lot of porn stuff, etcAlso recently over the last couple of months things have started to change, some people are using and creating all sort of ai tools to speed up or even bypass a lot of boring 3d stuff, for example this guy generated images of houses and then generated a 3d model instantly on a chinese ai website >>>/3/1019302 however is not perfect but he just used it like that in his game>How profitable is 3dIt doesn't work like that, there's thousands of ways of making money with 3d sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you know someone and get a job by networking, and some people are hustlers and very pro-active, you can make $0 or you can make millions. It depends of a lot of things even the place you live and if you have money, for example some people find a ways to make money with 3d and they scale it by hiring cheap labor from poor countries, some people don't have morals and they make a lot of money stealing popular stuff or doing degenerate porn etc. If you want money by doing things like that or sending emails, going to conventions, paying to win, you basically will get ahead of 99% of people who just sit on their rooms and do it for fun
