But if we really think about it, if you eat factory farm products every day, you essentially are responsible for the life and death of at least a 2 or 3 cows, 1 or 2 pigs, and genuine fuck ton of chickens and fishes (but they aren't mammal and may genuinely feel less so it probably doesn't matter as much really). Could you personally take their lives? the answer is yes, by the way. so whats the takeaway? I really don't fucking know at this point. maybe just do things mindfully and answers will reveal themselves to you in personal and indescribable ways as the questions itself are being asked

It means the external world around you is a reflection of your internal world, aka your emotions, beliefs, conscious, and sub-conscious. If you are overwhelmed internally by negativity you will only see negativity in the external world, same goes for positivity. It also means your internal world is a reflection of the external world around you, this is why seemingly mundane things like cleaning your room can improve your mental state. Ideally you create a positive feedback loop where positivity you see in one world creates more positivity in the other, cascading upon itself. This is the basics, but the basics will take you far in life.
