It went under the radar of my parents, doctors, teachers and so on. I still don't know what exactly is or was wrong.And I'm still not super healthy. Needless to say, after feeling like shit long enough, that feeling infiltrates you on a deep level.But I feel a lot better now after switching to meat only.I actually have energy to do things. I can sleep properly, I have a rhythm. I eat once a day or not at all, I have no cravings or real hunger and am losing weight with next to no effort. My digestion is sometimes shabby, maybe because of electrolytes or done damage, but eh, I don't fart and I don't smell bad.My hair got a lot healthier and my vision even improved.It's been really hard to eat this way.
