Perennialism is the correct one. You look for parallels. Paths to the same truth and shared ideas. Don't start with the assumption that one tradition got everything right and is the only path. If there is a destination and a goal that is the truth, there will be multiple pathways to it across cultures. And this isn't to say that everything is true and all religions are valid. There are still right and wrong paths. Roads to nowhere and nonsense. But if a path is the correct one, others will have found a similar path. Pay attention when you notice that.
