It is probably a dumb question, but I'll say it anyway. I am starting to study alchemy/hermeticism, and this question came to mind, which element is the Sun associated with? It would be reasonable for it to be associated with air due to its gaseous nature, with fire due to its heat and energy, and even with water due to both being composed with 2 hydrogen molecules, I don't know why but Aether element is also reasonable to me.As I said before, It is a really stupid question, but I would appreciate some answers from my fellows anons.
>>37778775Fifth element, plasma. The fusion of all.
>>37778791Isn't Fifth element Aether? Or is it the same thing?
>>37778791
>>37778775I find this to be an interesting question. Its associated with hydrogen but hydrogen actually is just one. When you get into helium thats fusion and there is something called tritium and heavy water. Scary shit. Basically with 1 you get down to fundamental particles i think like quarks and leptons and things get very confusing. The sun symbol pic related but its actually your abdomen chakra a source of power u use in kung fu
>>37778810Same thing yes. Khaos, the upper waters, the prima materia contained in man. Souls.
>>37778812That's an interesting and helpful answer, thank you, anon.
>>37778818Nice, thanks for your help and wisdom, anon.
>>37778831Np thnx 4 the feedback i feel connected to the sun myself ive heard people say its conscious. When there is a solar flare i seem to have good meditations solar plexus is pretty intense imo. No one ever talks about that chakra its always third eye or some shit
>>37778845Yeah, my interest about it came because I have a strong connection with it, Afterall we all are connected with it, for the sun is the primordial life force in this planet. But some of us, like you and me, are more in touch with this connection. I wish you glory and wisdom, sunbro.
>>37778861I already feel overwhelmed with the glory and wisdom you can have it sunbro
The other commenters are great too i gotta slow down patience is a virtue
>>37778775>>37778810The fifth element is aether, yes. Aristotle defined aether as the element comprising space, aka. the heavens, due to its seemingly unchangeable nature when compared to the four elements of Earth. This makes it so, indeed, Sun is included in the 5th element by definition. Most of the time, I tend to see any planet separately from the elements, with their own special symbols, in the fashion of mercury or sulfur. (there might be an attribution of elements to them, but idk/remember it if so)
>>37778775You are thinking too corporeally.
>>37778775Light and love anon. Don't overcomplicate it.
Not possible. Light is already manipulated around the world. Alchemy is just chemistry. Ingest mercury
