If someone only has fast food restaurants near where they live and the nearest grocery is really far away (they live in a "food desert", I'm not going to tell them to starve and eat nothing until they move to a better area with better food choices That would be retard logic.

What they should do is eat fast food in moderation until they move to a better place, then go full on healthy food.

Same with sexual pleasure. There's no reason to starve yourself of your only sexual outlet (masturbation). Do it in moderation until you get a GF/Wife or maybe prostitution is legal where you live and you move to an area with low rates and a lot of sellers.

Masturbation is not an addiction, it's a substitution. If you don't have an alternative outlet there's no reason for you to stop.
