You don't need to learn how to manifest, because you already do it all day long.Every action you take, every thought you think, is brought forth from within you (i.e. manifested) from the place that your soul is dwelling.If you dwell in a higher state then you will bring forth higher actions and higher thoughts.If you dwell in a state of ignorance then you will bring forth actions and thoughts of ignorance.If you dwell in a place that contains death, then you will bring forth death from within yourself.If you dwell in the place of life, then you will not bring forth death.>Jesus said, "The heavens and the earth will roll up in your presence, and whoever is living from the living one will not see death."Even negative things may still manifest from higher states. Seeing things of this world like starvation and suffering as ugly is the truth of a higher state of being. And so even seeing this world as ugly is a manifestation of a soul that dwells in a higher state (even Jesus flipped tables in frustration).The idea that "only being happy will save you" is a lie, because being happy all the time in a world that came from ignorance can only be brought forth from the same level of ignorance that created this world. So by seeking to only be happy in this world your soul is unknowingly seeking that place of ignorance.Yes, you should seek to be happy but only in a world that TRULY makes you happy, because the things of that world were created from a higher state.The reason you can't fly is because your soul dwells in a place where flying does not emanate. No amount of thought, or "believing" from your Ego's perspective, is ever going to make you fly.But if you shift your soul into a state where flying can emanate then you will fly.
