Why is it illegal to harvest rainwater in some states? Is this proof they spike the drinking water?
>>
No, it’s because rainwater in some states is full of toxic chemicals and acids. Ohio for sure.

Maybe its states that barely get any rain and they want it to get into the plants and trees?
>>
They can't make money off of you digging and having a well, or your utility payments or the purchase of bottled water that way, now can they?

Most states allow for collecting from roofs or driveways. The rest is considered public rights or something
