depends on what you mean with "you"

if you mean that they belong to my body and it's contents, including my brain, then they are all my own

they are foreign however to:
- my ego/identity
- my consciousness
- my id (faculty of desire and aversion)

they don't try to get me to do anything, they are randomly generated noises from some brain mechanisms

we give thoughts meaning, though optimally they shouldn't be assigned meaning
