A zombie is not a creature from hell, its a reanimated corpse of a once ensoulled being who has now gone to hell. If you are referring to the line "when hell is full the dead will walk the earth" that isn't scriptural and makes no sense anyway. Hell is infinite it can never "fill".

A demon is a subtle body, noncorporeal spirit. A zombie is literally all corporeal, no spirit. They are sorta like material opposites while being metaphysically similar.
