mythological literature. I can recommend some I've read. Dante's Infero. Song of Achilles. The Odyssey if you are hardcore. Maybe the Republic. The Bible. All these will help you understand the super powers that could actually manipulate reality so that way you could cultivate Professor X from X-Men.
