Is it normal/healthy to have a stronger yang than ying during certain periods in life? Im going through big changes right now, in a positive way. I have gained a new appreciation for life. Im full of drive, plans, ideas... But i have trouble sleeping and can't meditate for longer than 5 minutes. Im afraid ill lose balance again, i already have a history of psychosis. Should i use the drive i have right now or should i try to increase my ying, and if so, do you have some advice how to do so?
