Anyone have any resources or experience with this? I want to point magnets at my brain but my local sleep/MRI studies aren’t getting back to me.Bonus Question: what are your favorite guided meditations or meditation mantras in general?
>>38445440Thanks for the bump, but seriously, how do I point electromagnetic diopters at my caudate putamen?
>>38445418Maybe try one of those mindwave headsets and check out stack exchange or GitHub projects involving similar tech? Some people on /g/ might have experience with it. I don’t know much about them but I’ve seen projects where people were able to play games and do meditation/brain training type stuff so it can probably at least give you interesting data/metrics about your brain until desktop MRI machines or better noninvasive BCI become a thing.
Also probably check out hackaday and hackster.io I occasionally see them posting articles about stuff like that, and if you live in a decently sized town check to see if there’s a local hacker space in your area: hackerspaces.org and https://wiki.hackerspaces.org/List_of_Hacker_Spaces
>>38445418>Bonus Question: what are your favorite guided meditations or meditation mantras in general? Not sure if this counts, but I used to use this one a lot when I had more stress/anxiety or was going through a bad trip: https://youtu.be/vkJGa0eaktE
