If you have trouble finding Ivermectin, I recommend trying Black Seed oil.
(Nigella Sativum). You can get this at Walmart or Amazon. It's cheap and many studies have shown it to be almost as effective as Ivermectin in clearing out parasites.
Also it tastes like onions, in a good way.
One spoonful a day and your assworms will start to evacuate.
Just be warned: a long term infestation means you got hundreds, maybe thousands of worms, and these don't all come out at once.
