They come up with a lot of fantastical numbers and figures about space and it’s supposed vastness. How do we know it’s not just a group of people making shit up? There’s no practical way to prove it is what they say it is.

Space is just an idea

It can't be what they claim it is, because all the air would leave the planet within minutes.
>group of people making shit up?
It's NASA and Elon Musk, both got billions by being scammers.

Space is real, is glorious and magnificent.
Much better than your jewish flerfer slop.

>all the air would leave the planet within minutes
>atmosphere is fake and was created by NASA
Very good.
Post more about this. I'm curious about your theory.
>>
>>39075590
Explain to me why in your demented mind, a vacuum cleaner has enough suction to defy gravity. But a much larger vacuum surrounding the planet does not.
You can't, don't bother.
>>
>>39075601
Why should I explain anything to a retard?
But hey, you're welcome to explain your theory. Tell us how NASA created the atmosphere.
>>
Inb4 "well akshually its the air that goes in the vacuum not the vacuum pulling it" to make yourself seem smarter than you are, when you fully know what I'm talking about in layman's terms.
>>
>39075606
>Tell us how NASA created the atmosphere.
Address the argument, not your strawman. You fucking paid shill.
>>
>>39075622
Send me a paycheck and I will explain it, since you are the one glowing here.
>>
>39075624
Last response to you since you have nothing to offer the world and you would be charged with treason in a normal country.
>>
Every time I ever make this argument, it either goes into a non sequitur about how vacuums don't pull, or slide to a strawman argument. Because you can't deboonk it.
Except that one time someone tried to explain the atmosphere around the Earth is like a cake, with layers, and that the vacuum isn't really a vacuum. Still doesn't really work but at least that was creative.
>>
In a matter of few hours this thread will reach bump limit, while the threads about aliens will be slided.
Wait and see.
>>
>39075659
Idk bro seems pretty dead so far, probably because most people don't bother talking to shills.
Sometimes I like talking to clowns, personally.
>>
Yes it is. We live in a 3 dimensional universal. You're occupying "space" right now. Earth itself occupies "space." Space is space.

Atmosphere is bound by gravity. If you're asking whether planets, stars, galaxies, etc, are all real, and occupying space, then I'd be inclined to say yes, because we can clearly observe them with our own eyes. Unless you subscribe to the universe being some sort of procedurally generated simulation that only renders distant objects as minimally as possible.
>>
>>39075673
>You're occupying "space" right now. Earth itself occupies "space." Space is space.
What a stupid semantic argument, and not even true. Space is supposedly a near vacuum.
>Atmosphere is bound by gravity.
Nonsense, an object moving 60,000 mph would fly right through that air.
>>
>Space is space.
>Void
>Near-perfect vacuum
Space is space, retard.
>>
>>39075680
Space is practically a vacuum, yes, yet planets can clearly retain atmospheres through gravity. You can use any telescope and see Venus and Jupiter and their thick atmospheres, despite floating through a vacuum. Earth's movement is relative. It's not accelerating or coming to a sudden stop, so of course things aren't going to fly off of it. That's a silly argument.

There is real stuff; but if you're listening to NASA or Elon Musk, then prepare for your brain to be fucked. Don't be an autistic philosopher of solipsism.

We live in a bubble.

Think dimensions. The universe is vast, but what we see is a mere projection.

Wish You Were Here
Pink Floyd

So, so you think you can tell
Heaven from hell?
Blue skies from pain?
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?

Did they get you to trade
Your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?

How I wish
How I wish you were here
We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl year after year
Running over the same old ground
What have we found?
The same old fears
Wish you were here

>a non sequitur about how vacuums dont pull
its not a non sequitur at all, because you're trying to understand how movement occurs between areas of differing pressure. The fact is that the energy for anything to move in this system comes from the area of higher pressure.

What you need to consider when looking at the difference in pressure between sea level and space (say, about 100km up), is where do you think the energy would come from for anything to go that high.

Many of those "fantastic numbers" and a lot of "space news" about "moons and asteroids and stars and solar flares" is just comms. Coded messages between "the elite". Like the recent news about '33ft mini second moon' and 'massive solar flare'. Some links to understand:
